Joconde almond biscuit topped with roasted hazelnut and raisins. A creamy and light vanilla beans mousse, with an insert of pear compote  and salted caramel filling. Glazed to perfection with vanilla chocolate sauce. Allergens: Milk, Eggs, Nuts (Almonds-hazelnuts), Wheat.
