Our retail shop in Ardee is open Friday from 8:30am to 5pm & Saturday from 8:30am to 4pm.
We take orders via our online shop exclusively. We cannot take orders over the phone or by email.
We advise purchasing online at least 1 week in advance. Orders are planned for production from 2 days in advance, every order will be decorated and packed by ourselves on the morning that the collection is due to ensure freshness.
For collections we are available Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday by Arrangement. Ardee: Friday 12-5pm & Saturday 10am-4pm. Navan: Friday & Saturday 6:30pm-8pm. (For Navan customers please order the collection the day before the order is needed i.e. Friday for Saturday - Saturday for Sunday).
We allow a two-day notice for all cancellations from original order date. As each order is made freshly, any later than that, I am afraid we won't be able to refund.
We list the allergens beside each product we sell on our website. (We also label each product box with the list of allergens).
Macarons can be stored in the fridge for a maximum of 2 weeks. Desserts and patisseries can be stored in the fridge for a maximum of 4 days. Ambient products can last 5 days. (We also label each product box with the expiry date).
Absolutely! We love to create personalised orders, feel free to leave a message on the checkout page of your order. We can also adapt our box sets; please let us know the ones you absolutely want or the ones you don't! Macarons - as much as possible we can change the flavours to your own selection, depending on availability.
